Didier Grossemy says: are you accepting business versus doing business?

Didier Grossemy only make a leaving through helping organisations to communicate more efficiently while refining their business processes using Digital Marketing and the internet.
But the social aspect of communication can be controversial and even so Didier Grossemy is an Internet evangelist, he is afraid of the loss of face to face social interaction.

On the other hand in a B2B interaction, automation is so powerful these days that you hardly need to talk to anyone to start doing business one another. So here it is… Didier Grossemy says that, if we are automating the process of business relationship, and then...where is the relationship?

Didier Grossemy then says, “Have you noticed that social interaction tends to become a rare form of human dependency. People tend to spend more and more time interacting through emails even if they are sitting 5 metres away from you, which probably explain the 70 Billions emails sent every day.

Didier Grossemy says where is the pleasure of doing business... people hiding behind user names and password. What about the 2 hour lunch where we use to discuss how to conquer the world? What about the deal. Yes the deal, you remember, face to face with real conversations and arguments.

Business owners need to realise that the Internet is a business platform to promote, sell and trade. “Don't get me wrong that's all I do for my clients, implementing simple and or complex solutions for that purpose”. But guess what? Didier Grossemy still spends time with his clients to discuss over lunch and or dinner on how he can assist them in doing more business.
